Use of This Website

Broker Product Overview
The Apex Diamond Broker Program provides access to wholesale pricing, product catalogs, and resources to facilitate the sale of lab-grown diamond jewelry.
Brokers operate independently and are responsible for setting their own pricing, managing customer relationships, and conducting their business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Apex Diamond Company does not guarantee sales, income, or business success.
Subscription & Billing
Enrollment in the Apex Diamond Broker Program requires a recurring subscription fee.
The program includes a 14-day trial period. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged $99 per month unless you cancel prior to the end of the trial.
By enrolling, you authorize Apex Diamond Company to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.
No Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable.
Because access to the program, resources, and setup begins immediately upon enrollment, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including failure to use the program.
Account Setup & Access
After enrollment, Apex Diamond Company will initiate the setup of your personalized broker environment, which may include a custom website and access to program resources.
Setup times may vary. Access details will be delivered via email once your account is ready.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity associated with your account.
Product & Pricing
All products offered through Apex Diamond Company are made to order and subject to availability.
Wholesale pricing is provided to brokers, and brokers retain full discretion over their resale pricing.
All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Orders & Fulfillment
Orders placed through the broker program are subject to acceptance and availability.
Apex Diamond Company may fulfill orders directly to the end customer or to the broker, depending on the transaction.
Once an order is placed, production may begin immediately. Orders may not be modified or canceled after submission.
Broker Responsibilities
Brokers are solely responsible for:
Representing products accurately
Communicating clearly with customers
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Managing their own pricing and sales process
Brokers may not make false claims, misrepresent products, or use Apex Diamond Company branding in a misleading or unauthorized manner.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the broker program, including text, images, branding, and materials, is the property of Apex Diamond Company.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Apex Diamond Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the broker program or use of this website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Apex Diamond Company in the preceding billing period.
Termination
